As a small business, your reliability and cooperation directly support our ability to deliver the best possible service — not only for you, but for all our patients. The following terms and conditions are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and mutual respect.
1. Bookings and Appointments
- Appointments can be scheduled online, over the phone, or in person.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other patients.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
- Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows will incur a £50 fee (or be deducted from any pre-paid session fee).
- This policy applies to all clients, including those using private medical insurance.
3. Payments and Insurance
As a small, values-driven business, we rely on timely payments to continue providing quality care to our community.
Self-pay Clients:
- Payment will be taken at the start of your session.
- We accept: Cash, Card, Contactless Pay, and Bank Transfer.
- If payment is not received on the day, a reminder will be sent. If unpaid within 48 hours of the reminder, a £50 late payment fee will apply.
Private Medical Insurance Clients:
- An Insurance Details Form (IDF) will be sent in advance to the first appointment and must be completed before the session.
- Failure to complete this form or providing incorrect details will result in full clinic session cost.
- We are not responsible for denied insurance claims. It is the patient’s responsibility to confirm coverage directly with their provider.
- For insurance excess invoices, payment is due within 48 hours of the request. If unpaid, a £50 late payment fee will apply.
4. Treatment and Expectations
We encourage all patients to follow the treatment plan recommended by their therapist.
Progress varies from person to person. Recovery and improvement take time, commitment, and consistency — we are here to support you every step of the way.

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Operating Days: Monday to Saturday
Inquiries outside of clinic hours will be responded to on the next business day.
7. Respect and Conduct (No Tolerance Policy)
We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful space for all patients and staff.
Disrespect, discrimination, aggression, or any form of violence will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to refuse service or end a patient relationship if this policy is violated.
